On April 27, 2016 International Black Sea University Economic Research Center (head of the center Roman Gotsiridze) held a conference on the topic: Economic relations between Turkey and Georgia, "The members of the committee were: 

 • Roman Gotsiridze - Head of the Center for Economic Research, Associate Professor at International Black Sa University
• Giorgi Ghaghanidze - Professor at Ivane Javakishvili State University
• Mikheil Tokmazishvili - Professor at Ivane Javakishvili State University
• Levan Chitanava - Editor-in- Chief of "Business Time Georgia"
• Nick Chitadze - Head of the Black Sea Region geopolitical Research Center
• Azer Dilanchiev - Coordinator of Economics Direction, Faculty of Social Sciences

25 students participated with highly quality articles with their presentation. Participants were granted by certificates and prices. Papers winners were awarded with several of gifts. Each Top three students won 100 Lari were Murad Mikleadze, Zurab Darakhvelidze and Paata Sebiskveradze.

The second place shared with five students: Nino Jagmaidze, Maram Matsaberidze, Diana Khomeriki, Diana Mukaeliani and Apollon Darsalia  won 50 lari each. Magazine, Business Time Georgia "has established a special prize. The editor in chief Levan Tchitanava gave a special prize, dinner for two persons in the restaurant "Tiflis Veranda" to Mariam Matsaberidze. Mr Tchitanava also announced three Presenters: Murad Mikeladze, Paata Sebiskveradze and Mariam Matsaberidze , whose papers will be published in the journal , 'Business Time Georgia' .
